A servant leader from southern Indiana, I approach each challenge with the same enthusiasm, desire to learn, and positive attitude you would want to find in the field. Area Coordinator w/ Community Service Collateral
Ashland University - August 2016 - May 2018
From adjudicating disciplinary processes to serving on the Behavior Intervention Team for Student Affairs, from creating a new damage tracking system to revitalizing RA Training for Residence Life, and from spearheading retention benchmarking research to orchestrating the orientation service project Feed Ashland, I have given my all to benefit my students and colleagues at Ashland University.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to work with and serve multiple colleagues, departments, and stakeholders. As a competent and versatile practitioner at UE, I fulfilled many roles in residential administration, event planning, conference organization and execution, student organization advising, student conduct, and staff selection and management. As an educator with a high ethic for care, I have prided myself on being approachable and accessible to my students, and I strive to cultivate spaces that challenge students to be brave, inclusive, and accountable.
